INOFO and IFOAM LA host UNFSS dialogue

On June 16, INOFO and IFOAM LA, together with participants from all over Latin America and the Caribbean region, held an independent dialogue on ” Healthy food systems that are closer to small agroecological producers in Latin America”, in the framework of the UN Food Systems Summit. We concluded that small farmers in the organic-agroecological movement have a lot to offer to achieve truly sustainable food systems and together we must stop at all costs the implementation of agroindustrial production schemes that are environmentally, economically and socially destructive. We will continue to get organised and discuss so that our voices are duly represented in international discussions, but also to advance the alternatives that are already having irrefutable positive impacts. On June 16, INOFO and IFOAM LA, together with participants from all over Latin America and the Caribbean region, held an independent dialogue on ” Healthy food systems that are closer to small agroecological producers in Latin America”, in the framework of the UN Food Systems Summit.
